Before the whole world descends upon its post-celebrations-too-much-sinful-gluttony-alchoholism-it’s-the-end-of-the-world cycle when 2012 rolls by, there is this season where we reflect on the year and enjoy ourselves a lot of potatoes and turkey/chicken and beer and football: CHRISTMAS!
